Christie's International Real Estate is pleased to offer for sale, in the province of Pescara and precisely in the municipality of Torre dei Passeri, the famous Castello dei Gizzi.
The property, built at the beginning of the 1700s at the behest of the Mazara family of Sulmona, marquises whose coat of arms still appears, was purchased by the Gizzi family in 1967 and renovated from the foundations.
The complex, bound by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage, is made up of the Castle itself, of 3,200m2, and an annex of 900m2, a building used as a cellar, a vast park, in which there is a water source mineral and a system of fountains.
