It is possible to bathe from the rocks or take advantage of the village solarium and practice water sports at the nearby Scoglio del Vervece. EXTERIOR
From the main piazza a small street meanders up through the village where we find the property flanked by two separate entrance gates both leading to private courtyards where parking is possible with a small car. A small upper terraced garden provides direct access into the property on the first floor.

GROUND FLOOR
From the gated courtyard on the lower level, the front door opens onto an entrance hall with turning staircase leading to bedroom or study with private bathroom, providing ideal guest accommodation. There is also a spacious storage room to the back.
FIRST FLOOR
The staircase arrives on the landing with a large picture window with sea views and entrance to the main living room with ceramic floors, high vaulted ceiling and charming corner fireplace. This leads to a Conservatory dining room and small fully equipped modern kitchen, used mainly in the winter months. Both the living and the dining room have French doors leading onto the garden.
