Colle Manzù is a unique and exclusive 20-hectare estate set on a natural hillside that was the home and atelier-studio of the famous sculptor and painter Giacomo Manzù.
In addition to the main villa and the artistic workshops that were the refuge and mirror of Giacomo Manzù's incessant work, the park is home to tropical plants and trees typical of the Mediterranean maquis, a 3-hectare vineyard, 700 olive trees, a swimming pool with changing room and services, an annexe, a surveillance house, a former artistic foundry and a well.

The main villa was designed and built by Maestro Manzù in the 1960s with a rectangular shape and it is set out on one level with a total area of 674 square metres. Internally, the villa is traversed on its longest side by a central corridor that serves both the large reception hall and the four rooms with bathrooms and kitchen. The property has large porticoes from which it is possible to enjoy the view of the sea and the property. In the 1200 square metre studio-ateliers there are high ceilings, white walls, a simple cement floor covering, and large skylights to receive the light needed to highlight every detail. Inside we still find plaster casts, working tools, musical instruments, tutus used by the muse par excellence Inge, hairpins, ribbons, ebony from Gabon.
The dependance located in front of the laboratories consists of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom for approximately 90 square metres, while a further building for surveillance.
The property has been constantly maintained to preserve its authenticity.
