Libourne

Wine estate of around 31.50 ha, including 16.6 ha of vines in production on 2 appellations of the Libournais: Lussac Saint-Emilion and Montagne Saint-Emilion. Planted on a sandy-clay soil rich in iron, benefiting from a temperate oceanic climate, the vines produce powerful wines. About 14.9ha of AOC land can be replanted.

The vineyard has also obtained its HVE3 certification since 2013.

The estate also includes 2,50 ha of woodland, meadows and a 4 ha pond.

In addition to the usual operating buildings, several houses are located on the property, which is close to all amenities, Bordeaux and its transport hub (LGV station, Mérignac international airport).
