Set across nearly 50 hectares in the Sierra de la Ballena, this remarkable country estate enjoys sweeping views over Laguna del Sauce, the surrounding hills and the Atlantic Ocean, with spectacular sunsets from its elevated position.

The property takes its name from a historic stone quarry that operated here until the late 1950s. Its original stone milling structure remains, together with extensive natural stone formations that form part of the character and history of the land.

Positioned approximately 200 meters above sea level, the main residence and guest house were designed by architect Horacio Ravazanni using stone sourced directly from the property. The 153 m² main house features two spacious en-suite bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, covered lapacho terrace, swimming pool and a substantial stone barbecue pavilion. A separate 110 m² guest house offers a large en-suite bedroom, living area and kitchen.

The landscaped grounds include natural and planted woodland, fruit trees and lakes on both sides of the hillside, creating a private retreat surrounded by nature. Additional buildings include a caretaker's house, storage buildings and further guest accommodation.
